• The start time may change due to the availability of the guides in the Salt Mine, so please consider this in your plans
• The temperature underground ranges between 14° and 16° C, so it's recommended to take warmer clothes even in summer
• There are 800 steps to climb, with 350 at the beginning that take you down into the mine
• You skip the line to buy the tickets, but there will still be a line to enter the mine with the guide. Only a guided visit is possible in the Salt Mine
• The tour leader may not speak your chosen language; it applies only to the Salt Mine tour itself.
• The Salt Mine determines the tour's pace; guides' behavior and pace are not under our control

Meeting Point

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour starts in front of the UNESCO sign close to the Salt Mine Museum. Your tour leader will have the sign with "SuperCracow" logo on it.
